How to return a product to us

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, it may be returned for any reason within 30 days of purchase. You can visit our location to exchange or return your item or return by mail.

We cannot accept returns of items that are worn, altered, laundered, embroidered, screen printed or damaged by the purchaser. Items should be in original condition and packaging with all tags and labels as shipped. Footwear must be clean and in original condition. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.

To assure proper credit, all returns are subject to inspection upon receipt.

There are two ways to return an item:

1) Bring it to our store with your receipt. Our store is located in the Lighthouse Crossings Shopping Center at 3993 Tyrone Boulevard North in St. Petersburg, FL 33709-4106. Lighthouse Crossings is located at the corner of 38th Avenue North and Tyrone Boulevard, and includes a Wal Mart.


2) Mail your return with your receipt by using the return shipping information provided here. We recommend that you ship using insured mail or carrier. Return shipping cost and original shipping and handling are not refundable unless item is manufacturer defective when shipped. If you would like to make an exchange, please refer to the sizing charts to assure proper fit and note "exchange" on the return label. Mail to:
